		<description>Samantha, darker chocolate tends to be more bitter.  What brand did you have?  I find that Lindt and Dagoba have the best cross of slight sweetness and bitterness.  I enjoy the bitterness though.CheersScott</description>

		<description>Scott,I really like the balance in this post.I myself have been experimenting with a no diary diet. It works great for deserts since 80% are made from milk and hence I can&#039;t consume. Thank goodness for dark chocolate though. It&#039;s been my sweet tooth saviour:)Mike</description>
