Have you tried High Vitamin Butter Oil? It is high in Vitamin A, E and Conjugated Linoleic acid (CLA). The butter oil is natural energy source.
A fat that is healthy and does not make you fat.

Hmm....any thoughts on what to eat for breakfast? I've been eating porridge for a good year now, but am interested to try eliminating grains.

I would say the healthiest option (and cheapest too) is to get dried beans, soak and cook them yourself. You can still soak canned beans, but you also get other things added in such as added salt and now even seeing more BPA (chemical) found from the plastic/resin inside. Getting food in its most unprocessed form is always the healthiest option. Learning to prepare/cook really isn't that hard or time consuming once you just start doing it (and will also save you money).

What would you say about organic canned beans (black beans, pinto) that have been soaking for a long time already when you buy them? Would those be completely lectin free?
